How to use
The main window of the program consists of the List of Users, which displays all available user profiles, the Timetable defining availability of files depending on time and the Panel with Restricted Files containing all restricted files.
First, you should define the Timetable according to which your files will be available or not. If you donÆt want to use a timetable, just place there only one record covering 24 hours then turn it on.
Then, define the list of restricted files in the Panel with Restricted Files by adding certain files or folders to the list. Do it using appropriate buttons on the local toolbar.
Last, turn on all users, which must be restricted from being able to use defined files, and turn on appropriate time periods within which your restrictions will take place. Turn on certain files for each time period to complete restricting selected user.
After configuring the restrictions, activate them using the Activate button on the main toolbar. To deactivate restrictions, use the Deactivate button on the main toolbar.
Apply your options to the system registry using the Apply button on the main toolbar.
You can deny access to Easy File Protector by applying a password to it. If the password is defined, the password confirmation will be required to open Easy File Protector. Use the Password button on the main toolbar to Define the Password.
